Dakota Delivers Exceptional Service! Dakota was exceptional in his professional actions and communication. Although from Pennsylvania I was traveling to the area for a flight from BWI. My car broke down and had to be towed to the dealership. I was on a short one day business trip and Dakota saw that my car was evaluated and repaired so that I was able to pick it up on my return the following day. Keon, my service manager, and the service technicians are always on point and keeps an eye out for my safety. They found a bulge on my tire when I came in for a different problem. In addition, they let me know that my treads are super low. I wouldn't have caught it myself and also not realize that I needed to replace my tires. They even went out of their way to take a photo of the bulging tire and sent it to me for my own record per my request. More
