It is with great pleasure that I write this UPDATE to my previous review titled "Pending a Solution to Sirius XM." Mr. David Lee and his staff went above and beyond and did everything necessary to complete my purchase of my BMW by installing Sirius XM and at no charge to me, in my vehicle. I know some people will ask didn't it come with Sirius XM? That was the sticking point of my initial dissatisfaction. The 88 miles that I drove to get the car that I really wanted was worth the trip to Catonsville BMW. Absolutely satisfied and Fredericksburg Virginia. Thank you so much. More

Customer Service Was Excellent On 04-13-19 I took my 2006 BMW 325i in for a factory recall. After arriving at the dealership and leaving my car with one of the service technicians, On 04-13-19 I took my 2006 BMW 325i in for a factory recall. After arriving at the dealership and leaving my car with one of the service technicians, I was directed inside to the service desk. The next available customer service representative was Mr. Keon Tobin. Mr. Tobin was pleasant, respectful and informative. Mr. Tobin notified me that my car had approximately 3 different factory recalls that would be addressed that day. While the service was being performed on my car I left the dealership and felt comfortable that all would be well with my car after dealing with Mr. Tobin. I hope to encounter more people in business whom takes customer service as serious as Mr. Tobin and makes their clients feel valued before and after visiting their business. More

Road Trip interrupted, BMW of Catonsville saved the day I was travelling from Philly to DC on business. As I exited the Harbor Tunnel the carl indicated that it was too hot and I should "drive moderately". I was travelling from Philly to DC on business. As I exited the Harbor Tunnel the carl indicated that it was too hot and I should "drive moderately". I pulled over, located the nearest BMW dealer and proceeded to BMW of Catonsville and drove into the service bay. I was greeted promptly, explained the problem to the service writer, Keon, and the mechanic. they indicated that the car would need to cool down before they could diagnose and since it was late afternoon it would be the next day before they would be able to diagnose or repair. They asked if I could stay nearby, I explained that I needed to be in DC that evening and inquired about rental cars. Keon arranged a complimentary loaner from Enterprise and sent me on my way promising to keep me posted. I arrived in DC in time for my engagement … my delay was about 60 minutes from dash warning message to back on the road. Keon texted me the next morning to let me know they were working on it and then called with a diagnosis, estimate and promise to have the car ready in time for my return form DC. Meanwhile Enterprise called to make sure all was right with the loaner and to make sure my pickup experience was satisfactory. I returned to pickup the car on my way home and it was ready and waiting as promised, freshly washed. My off the road time to return the loaner and pickup my car was under 30m. All things considered this could not have gone any better. This was not my home dealer but a dealer who had never seen me before. They treated my like a valued customer and made sure that I was not stranded. All of this for a seven year old out of warranty car bought elsewhere. It was an awesome experience. I know where to go if my BMW ever needs attrntion in the Baltimore area More
