When he called to advise that our prior client advisor had left the company, he then followed up with a video of himself explaining all steps that would follow. That personal touch to provide the video let us know he is much more than just a voice on the other end of the phone. When delivery approached, we were fully prepared with all the documentation ready. Ron recognized that my wife and I are veterans and prepared a military discount application that he learned had recently became available with the I4. We didn’t even think to ask at delivery because it wasn’t available when we placed the order.
