Cindy Hahn has been our service advisor in all that time. She has done an excellent job of ensuring we got the work we needed done at a fair price. She has a very good way with people, and she goes the extra mile to communicate what we need to know, when we need to know it. Granted, when you take your vehicle to a dealer, you're going to pay more than if some independent mechanic does the work. But with BMW of Catonsville, when you get the work done, you know it's getting done right the first time. Which I cannot say has been my experience when I've used third party independents for anything more significant than an oil change or other basic maintenance work. More
