Best BMW Dealership In & Around Baltimore I had been wanting to buy either a AUDI Q5 or BMW X3, and was getting in touch with the dealerships. However the one dealership with stood out from the rest was the BMW of Catonsville. I remember that i put up an enquiry on Friday night and requested for an appointment on Saturday morning and I received the call promptly from Tom Eaton of BMW. I firmly believe that the people make or break the reputation of the place and Tom is an perfect example of this. He came up as a thorough professional with a good knowledge of the vehicle that he was showing us and was very friendly and made us (my family) very comfortable. He was very honest in his opinions as I wasn't yet decided on choosing between BMW & AUDI Q5. I would recommend the BMW of Catonsville as the first preference & you might want to even ask for Tom.
