I will continue to lease my BMW with Ralph's guidance as I trust him to help me make the best decision. We moved from the Baltimore area to Virginia three years ago and I still return to Baltimore for care on my BMW. The team at your dealership has always been professional as well as friendly. I get prompt reponse and attention when I call or show up. Ralph works hard at helping me to get the vehicle I want. He gives me sound advice as to the reality of what it will cost me. I unfortunately turned my convertible 335i in for an M3 three years ago, as I fell in love with the M3 at first sight. I had only leased the convertible for one year and therefore had to add the cost to the M3 lease. A year after leasing the M3, my husband's company moved to northern Virginia. We bought a house on a dirt/gravel road and it was not a road the M3 could traverse. I needed an all-wheel drive in order to get out of the community in the winter and the gravel road would have been abusive to the M3. I loved that car! Ralph helped me to lease an X3 351. Again, I had to absorb the cost of turning in a lease early. Today, I'm very happy that Mile One BMW allowed me to turn in my X3 after 21 months of my 36 month lease. This helped to lower my payment which I greatly appreciate. I hope to eventually pay down all the former leases and be back in a BMW at a reasonable price. I will keep coming back to Ralph as he has never given me bad advice and I trust him to assist me in getting the best deal that I can. Thank you Ralph for always being there for me. No matter when I call or how many times I do, he is always courteous and give me the time I feel I need. We have been discussing both new and used vehicles. My problem is that I am not sure as to what model I would like, and Tom has been very understanding and hasn’t stopped taking my calls!! Good guy and an asset to the team. More

Error message - Check engine light I had an immediate problem and was able to get a next day appointment. Besides the problem I dropped the car off for, I had been made aware at an ear I had an immediate problem and was able to get a next day appointment. Besides the problem I dropped the car off for, I had been made aware at an earlier date that there was a programming recall on my car. I also listed this service to be done. I dropped off the car using the night drop and I was called the next day with the results of the testing and repairs. My car was ready but I was out of town and i did not pick it up for a few days. I came into pick it up and even though I could have gone to the cashier to get my car, Ricky came over and went over the details of the findings again and sent me on my way. I appreciated the extra attention. More

As such, I hadn't experienced the car buying process in many years. As a result, I was anxious and stressed at the same time. The team at BMW Catonsville Joe Rivera, Gerry, Mike and Larry immediately turned these feelings of stress and anxiety into peace and comfort. From the moment I stepped on the lot I was met with a calming and pleasent sales person, Joe Rivera 805-268-3285. His calming and tranquil nature made the car buying process hassle free and painless. My first contact with Joe came 1 week before I needed to sign a contract for a car. I told Joe I was considering an Acura TL, Audi A4, and BMW 328xi. Joe explained to me he appreciated me considering other vehicles however the BMW was in a totally different class. As a salesperson I initially thought this was the same ole "song and dance" sales people tell potential clients about their products. Well, after Joe lent me BMW 328i over night, I realized just how terribly wrong I was. I can say without equivocation that the BMW 328i sedan is a DRIVERS sedan and is not the typical "PTA Mom" vehicle. The acceleration, handling, balance, and braking ability of BMW is unmatched and must be experienced. Professionalism, courtesy, and dedication to world class customer service is what the car buyer will experience from BMW Catonsville MileOne dealer. They come with my highest recommendation. More

Do not service your car here! I made an appointment to service my vehicle at 9:15am. I did not receive a phone call regarding my vehicle as of 3pm. I needed my car back by 4:30pm, I made an appointment to service my vehicle at 9:15am. I did not receive a phone call regarding my vehicle as of 3pm. I needed my car back by 4:30pm, because I work at night. The car only needed routine inspection checks...it didn't even need an oil change, I had to call 3 times to vet ahold of Mel and apparently he wrote down my telephone wrong. As of 3:30pm, they hadn't even begun to work on my car. He stated he would give me a loner vehicle,but because my license was expired by 2 days they couldn't loan me a vehicle. So they pull my vehicle off the lift and charged me for an air filter and brake fluid, which who know was done because I needed my car back. I asked why it took so long to do my vehicle and this is the reason. When you make an appointment for your vehicle, the appointment is to only meet with the service advisor,not for your car, Mel explained that they have the right tondo whatever cars roll in first so the appointment is completely useless. Secondly, I didn't authorize the new air filter and was charged $140 for this and $85 for mere ounces of brake fluid. Labor charges were over $240. So,my license was expired by 2 days doesn't explain why it took almost 8 hours to hook my car up to a computer, check the tires,brakes,and reset my service button my car. Complete disregard for my time and had the nerve to equate his job (Mel) to my profession, which I am a internal medicine nurse practitioner. Avoid this place! Dr. Tonya Appleby More
