Cindy Hahn has been our servic Between my Mom, Dad and wife, we had four BMWs in the family. We've been going to BMW of Catonsville for over a decade. Cindy Hahn has been our service advisor in all that time. She has done an excellent job of ensuring we got the work we needed done at a fair price. She has a very good way with people, and she goes the extra mile to communicate what we need to know, when we need to know it. Granted, when you take your vehicle to a dealer, you're going to pay more than if some independent mechanic does the work. But with BMW of Catonsville, when you get the work done, you know it's getting done right the first time. Which I cannot say has been my experience when I've used third party independents for anything more significant than an oil change or other basic maintenance work. More

my new bmw x1 35i Go see Benn Edwards! I walked into the showroom 30 minutes before closing. I really wasn't sure if I was going to buy a car. I was looking around and Go see Benn Edwards! I walked into the showroom 30 minutes before closing. I really wasn't sure if I was going to buy a car. I was looking around and Benn introduced himself to me and asked if I needed help. I said sure but I know you're closing in 30 minutes. He said whatever you need and however long it takes I am here to help you. We went for a test drive. Benn answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or got the feeling they wanted to close. After meeting with the sales manager and the BMW "genius" Justin, I was so impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism, I left with my new BMW! Thank you Benn Edwards and to the entire staff at BMW Catonsville! More
