Outstanding Experience!! Prior to coming in to the Catonsville BMW dealership, I completed an online credit application to expedite the buying process. Less than 5 minutes later, I received a call from Mr. Joe Rivera. From the moment I spoke with Mr. Rivera, I knew that I was connected with the most capable, caring, patient and knowledgeable salesman. He made the car buying experience a wonderful one. He showed me several cars and encouraged me to select the car that "I" loved and would enjoy taking home. He gave me time to think to ensure I made the correct choice. He provided his mobile number and encouraged me to call at any time if I had any additional questions. The following day he was off but took the time out of his personal schedule to text me just to check in. When I arrived Saturday morning, Joe Rivera was waiting to assist me. He was patient and encouraged me to drive the car of my choice again to make sure that I was making the best choice.
