We traveled from New York to purchase a vehicle here initially because of competitive pricing and vehicle stock... but our satisfaction with this dealership didn't stop there. We were fortunate enough to work with Dylan Rausch who guided us through the entire sales process. He was thorough, kind, knowledgeable, down-to-earth and service-oriented. He introduced us to the general manager who was out on the floor and very involved with his team the entire time we were there. We were very impressed by all of the staff, as anyone we came in contact with was polite and helpful. We then finalized our business with Sam Choi. Sam was extremely thorough with us and explained every aspect of the financials as well as went over all of our options in detail. Sam too was extremely down-to-earth and wonderful to work with. Having purchased many cars over the years in New York, we found this dealership to outshine them all. Our travels were well worth it. We never felt like we were being pushed, rushed or pressured in any way (as we have experienced in NY). We were extremely comfortable with all of the employees at this dealership, as they made every aspect of the process pleasurable and not once did we feel like it was a merely a 'business transaction.' We will definitely be back for our next vehicle! More
