Superb CPO 750Li at BMW of Catonsville I loved the whole online experience of buying a CPO 2014 750Li loaded from JOE RIVERA. He is wonderful and answered all my questions thru email, text, I loved the whole online experience of buying a CPO 2014 750Li loaded from JOE RIVERA. He is wonderful and answered all my questions thru email, text, etc. Multiple ways to communicate with him and always prompt. He was transparent with the vehicle and sent me all the info on the car with pictures, service history, car fax and new pictures. I put down some initial cash to hold the car, negotiated a lower price and uber'd to the dealership. I test drove the car, went over all the electronics with Jake(BMW Genius)., and drove home in this cruise liner. The enthusiasm of Joe and young Jake was wonderful. Jake was as enthusiastic about BMW's as I was when I saw the baseball field as a child. The exeperience was great and I highly recommend and ask for JOE RIVERA. More

2016 BMW X5M Purchase at BMW of Catonsville I originally ordered my 2016 X5M through another dealership, but shortly after the order was placed, the salespersons behavior changed for the worse a I originally ordered my 2016 X5M through another dealership, but shortly after the order was placed, the salespersons behavior changed for the worse and I opted to abandon that order and try again at the top-rated dealership in Maryland. I was immediately impressed with the customer service, the ease of purchase, and the personal feel to the process that BMW of Catonsville offers. Joe Rivera was my salesperson and he is incredible at his job. Joe always had time for me and my questions. He walked me through the ordering process, showed me the different options, made personal recommendations, and thoroughly explained each step of the process to me. He also volunteered the Service Center Delivery option to me, which I couldn’t make work due to my schedule. Throughout the process, Joe kept me informed. He quickly tracked down information when I had questions, and constantly kept me updated on my build status. When my vehicle was ready, Joe explained the shipping and delivery process, and when my X5M arrived Joe had everything in order (paperwork, service department, accessories, etc...). I especially appreciate that after my purchase, Joe still wants to be my point man and have me run all BMW-related needs (service, winter tire purchases, etc..) through him. I’m not kidding when I say he is my personal concierge at BMW of Catonsville. Manny, the dealership manager, is another star here. This dealership truly cares about customer service and the customer experience. Joe and Manny helped me with my vehicle choices and saved me, through their advice and experience, from several ordering mistakes . Manny always checked in to make sure I was happy with the service and always offered himself to be available if I ever needed anything. I am completely happy and satisfied with my salesperson, Joe Rivera, manager Manny, and the entire service department, especially my service manager, Neil Taylor. The service department runs like a well-oiled machine. You drive in, inspect the vehicle, sign a few documents, inspect your loaner, and out you go. Pick up is the reverse of this. Fast, efficient, and with a smile! And my X5M? Wow, I smile every day I drive this vehicle. She growls, she lunges, she is so stable and nimble...and boy does she move! Thank you Joe! Thank you Manny! You run a first class operation. I am thankful to have had you be part of my BMW X5M ordering and purchase process and look forward to continuing to work with you in the future. Worst Dealer Experience The worst dealer experience I've gone through after owning 5+ BMW's. The quick summary - negotiated & purchased a 2016 M3 for my birthday with Jos The worst dealer experience I've gone through after owning 5+ BMW's. The quick summary - negotiated & purchased a 2016 M3 for my birthday with Joseph 'Joe' Rivera. After signing a buyers order, dealers sheet, credit app, $2000 deposit and copy of drivers license the car could not be delivered due to BMW recall hold on M3's and other models. Given the situation, I decided to wait. I waited a month and spent $600 on a rental. When the recall hold was up, I booked my flight and called up Joe to schedule pick up. That's when Joe informed me that we no longer had a deal due to improved demand for the car and management no longer accepting my original deal. I have all of the process/communication on email. This was shocking given that it's a BMW dealership. How low can the management be to not honor the deal? Anyway, in the end, I'm out $600 for rental, my dream ride as supply dried up and duped by a dishonest salesman and dealer management. To close out, I asked for an explanation from GM but still waiting. I suggest staying away given that anyone dealing with BMW of Catonsville will run the risk of being swindled. More
