Four years ago I met Benn Edwards at BMW Catonsville. He assisted me with a trade-in and purchase of a CPO vehicle. He was awesome then; no hassle, no pressure tactics, just a straight shooter which wasn't assisted me with a trade-in and purchase of a CPO vehicle. He was awesome then; no hassle, no pressure tactics, just a straight shooter which wasn't my past sales experience. So, last week, when I needed to upgrade my vehicle, I reached out to Benn again. He was still his amazing self. I told him what I wanted with regard to payment and warranties with no money down, just my excellent credit and he went to work. He introduced me to Sam, the finance manager who is a wizard with numbers. He got me everything I asked for and then some.
