So easy I didn’t need to shop around I live about 40 miles from the greater Baltimore area, so when I headed that way to buy a car I had a series of dealerships on my list to stop by. He made me the process so easy that I never made it to the second dealership. One of my biggest takeaways was that despite the fact that I was buying a used BMW, the experience made me feel like I was purchasing new. I had to stop back in a few days later to bring some paperwork and Benn even filled my gas tank again. He didn’t have to do that. More

I’m still there with my 650i because of the continuous quality of service I get every time I need to take my car in, particularly from my service adviser, Jamie Brenneman, and my mechanic (now Shop Foreman) Bill Adams. There isn’t a time I call in for a service the Jamie doesn’t give me my preferred appointment time, even same day. She throughly explains any repairs needed, always made sure a loaner was available and gets me back on the road asap. I totally appreciate her help, her positive attitude and it’s been a pleasure to talk to her over the years. Bill has looked after both my cars since the day I bought them. He guided me through any repairs, pointing out current problems and what we needed to watch in the future. The care he gave my old X5 was a big part of the reason I drove it for 18 years. It gave me great peace of mind to have that type of one on one relationship. I knew because of Bill’s vigilance I would always be driving a safe, sound vehicle. All aspects of the service department are top notch from everyone on the drop off driveway, the people in the Loaner Department, the mechanics that do the work to those who take time to wash the car! It’s their friendly attitude and professionalism that makes all my experiences memorable, efficient and easy. Another Excellent Experience Just purchased my second vehicle from Benn Edwards at BMW of Catonsville. Like last time the purchase experience was excellent. Unlike my last vehicle, I custom ordered a 2020 330iX. The ordering process went smoothly. The car did get held in Vehicle Processing in Baltimore for a recall. Through no fault of the dealer, the vehicle took about a month to clear. Benn provided status as soon as it became apparent that this was not a normal hold. Once the car arrived, I was in and out of the dealership with the promised price in less than two hours. It pays to go in the morning. Only comment was that the finance person (new to BMW of Catonsville) did give me a bit of a hard sell for tire and wheel protection, not taking 'no' for an answer. But that shouldn't subtract from what was an overall great experience. Highly recommend Benn and BMW of Catonsville. More
