Bought a used Audi from BMW Carlsbad, Demetrio our salesperson was zero pressure and very helpful as we looked at everything they had on the lot. We were 600 miles away and had the repair done at an Audi dealer. Upon our return, BMW of Carlsbad and Auto Nation reimbursed for the repairs! I can't say enough about the staff at BMW of Carlsbad and their commitment to customer satisfaction. More

I have very mixed feelings on this dealership. My girlfriend and I bought two used cars at the same time, each with very different experiences. We worked with Martin who was great from a sales per My girlfriend and I bought two used cars at the same time, each with very different experiences. We worked with Martin who was great from a sales perspective and we both feel like we got a good price on our cars. For my purchase, I would have given 5 stars if I didn't experience what she has been going through with her purchase, but I also didn't have to bring my car back for service. For me, financing was fine and pretty normal transaction. In her case, I think she's going to rate 1 star as there's been issues for weeks on just getting the financing through her credit union. Also, she brought her car in for their warranty service and it's not like other BMW dealerships we have worked with in the past. So far, her car has been longer in service than her own possession and her service advisor is poor at providing updates, if any. The one saving grace is she was able to get a loaner car even for purchasing a used car, but the service center has a lot of work to do. Also, we received complaints from her credit union with respect to Steve, the finance director treating her long time bank very poorly and being disrespectful. His behavior lacks professional and has no place in business. In summary, you may be able to buy a good deal here but I would look elsewhere for service. More
