Updating my initial review. My only initial complaint was how long it took. Since then other issues have surfaced. They all revolve around the extended service contract. This was offered to me at a huge discount if I purchased it on the same day. Was also told I could cancel it within 30 days with a single phone call. That turned out to be incorrect. The phone number I was given appears to be a number that tells you the call volume is high and you are tenth in line. Leave a call back number and a rep will call you back shortly. No matter when l called I got the same message. Left callback number multiple times and never received a call back. Also spoke with someone in finance who stated they would put in the necessary form for me since we were not having any success. I called back several days later for a status and left a message. Nothing. Sent a text. Nothing. Found the on-line cancellation form and sent to the company and dealership per instructions. Nothing. Left a message with the salesman who had stated if I needed anything, give him a call. Still nothing. So basically, once they have your money, you’re on your own and they will ghost you. Not the experience I expected based on how they talked up customer for life. More

From the very start of my entrance into the dealership I had a great experience. One of the guys at the desk where you pull up your car was very attentive and friendly. Within minutes he directed me to Mich had a great experience. One of the guys at the desk where you pull up your car was very attentive and friendly. Within minutes he directed me to Michelle inside the office who was also very helpful. This was my first time at the Carlsbad dealership since they had moved from Encinitas. There were so many employees to seek as to had I been helped. I really loved the coffee and tea station as well as the whole aesthetic to the inside as I waited for my Lyft. I know the dealership’s data base was compromised and all has to be hand written but still awaiting for the final signing papers to be sent via focusing and it’s been almost a week and a half since we though has to be hand written but still awaiting for the final signing papers to be sent via focusing and it’s been almost a week and a half since we thought we bought the car and spent the entire day at the dealership. No calls this week to confirm when the system will be back up and running. Why can’t they do it the old pen and paper way? I’m tired of calling to see when is the job going to be done. At least the Fiance manager was keeping us in the loop since he understood our struggles but really is this costumer service these days? I’m going to another dealership next time to buy a car More
