Sales experience with Jeremy was generally good, but everything else has been a disaster. Finance department was pretty pushy during the transaction, which OK...annoying, but somewhat typical. But after the fact, I come to find out, they somehow sent my trade payoff to the wrong bank, leaving me to deal with the mess! Since I brought it to their attention, they have been slow to act and completely unresponsive to emails, phone calls, etc. The finance department truly does not answer their phone, so if you need to talk to someone, you literally have to drive to the dealership. This type of stuff is so frustrating for any purchase, but certainly not the type of experience I would expect from a BMW purchase. I bought from this place since they were my local dealership, but if I could go back and do it all over, I certainly would have purchased elsewhere. More
