DO YOURSELF A FAVOR YOU DESERVE IT. backstory: i got my car freshly detailed and ceramic coated from a professional auto detailer outside of bmw. my cars paint was finally in pristine condition. unfortunately i got a flat tire on the way back. i took my car to get my tire replaced. i did not want them to wash the car. however they decided to wash my car anyways. who tries to clean something is already clean, why? dealers use the same dirty water and the same dirty towels they clean 100+ cars. xxx. everything was going well until i picked up my car. they managed to get my car unimaginably dirty. fingerprints, scratches, weird residue, and potentially ruined my ceramic coat!!! anyways moral of the story, save your car and money and take it elsewhere!!! Fabian and Ricardo at service only people trying to help me out and understands my POV. Upper management and service director, do better. More

If you come into this dealership, its no pressure from any of the sales advisors. I can highly recommend Tai Khurram, he helped me get into my 2021 BMW M3 Competition. He ensures that his customers are comfortable and confident that his techs are doing their jobs right. The shop foreman, Kenny also provides great support and knowledge for those who have questions in regards to service being done to their cars. He provided me continued support even after the service was done without hesitation. I can recommend and suggest this dealerships to my friends and family and its going to be tough to find another dealer at this time. More

I went into the dealership for loud fan diagnostics. They wanted to charge two separate diagnostic fee as fan related to cooling and AC systems. The service rep wanted to justify it is not excessive and all wanted to charge two separate diagnostic fee as fan related to cooling and AC systems. Also, he told me the second diagnosis request when I was going to pick up the car after four days at shop. And my request for car old parts were not given. More
