It’s first time for us with BMW Buena Park. Actually, we have appointment with Danny Lee for see a car but when we arrived he no show. He said he doesn’t know about appointment and he no working that day Bu have appointment with Danny Lee for see a car but when we arrived he no show. We drove more than 25mi to see a car. That’s why we so very disappointed it first impression. Anyway, Sometime unluckiness brings luckiness. I met some guy he saw us no one service. He came to us and ask How he can help us in that time. Nejib, the guy we never met him before. He so good services, so kind with us. He glad to be of service with us to show many car when we want to see it. He say sorry many times about the guy no show and that car sold. That was not Nejib fault. You came and then see if you have car or they can offer some Enterprise rental car (incomparable class at all) which you need to pick up 2 mile you. My wife and I decided to purchase a new car among Audi Q7, BMW X5 and MB GLE. We went to all three dealers and took test drives for all three. Garcia was very friendly and nice to show us the cars and answered many of our questions. BTW, we are the loyal customer of Shelly BMW which is now BMW of Buena Park. Disappointed In the service that was provided on my bmw 2015 5 series at Buena Park. I got home and it indicated to me my car is low on washer fluid as if some one forgot to fill it up. I was the first per 2015 5 series at Buena Park. I got home and it indicated to me my car is low on washer fluid as if some one forgot to fill it up. I was the first person to take my car and was the last to pick it. I just don’t think that’s fair after spending 1,200$ very unpleasant first time experience. More

For a luxury car dealer, their Customer service is horrible. Expect you to bring your vehicle in for a recall, and don’t provide loaners???!
