We took advantage of complimentary free multi-point inspection when we needed to get a transmission oil change. Even with an appointment, the service advisor wasn't able to get the information on the inspection when we needed to get a transmission oil change. Even with an appointment, the service advisor wasn't able to get the information on the findings until the following day. We opted to get the oil change done only and brought the car home. On the way home the car stalled in the middle of the intersection and it was completely dead. It took 2 AAA tow trucks to get the car back to the dealership and since the service department was closed for the day and weekend, we had no car for the weekend. We didn't hear from the service advisor until Monday afternoon at 5 to let us know the problem was the battery. I would expect the problem should have been caught when the multi-point inspection was done. What is the purpose of the multi-point inspection? Incomprehensible. I would not recommend this service department. More
Horrible service department service advisor Linda was not professional. Car was worst than when it was taken in for repairs. called headquarters and management in buena park and the best we got was we can wa professional. They broke the Pump, 4 brake light warning light are now on. We took it in to fix the brakes and fix the passenger door they did 50% of the work. The brakes were not fixed and now we have abs, 4x4, parking brake lights and traction light is on besides being charged $1300.00 when the quote was $1039.00 I had to speak to her and the $1300.00 went back down to 1039.00 a total Rip Off. The sad part we paid and then got the keys. More
I have been a BMW loyal customer for over 15 years and this dealership and it’s management are by far were THE WORST experience with BMW I have ever had. The Sales Manager and Finance Manager (Peter) were this dealership and it’s management are by far were THE WORST experience with BMW I have ever had. The Sales Manager and Finance Manager (Peter) were not only careless, but lacked knowledge, customer service and professionalism, unacceptable for anyone who represents a luxury brand or is a part of a nationwide company such as Autonation! They LIED about crucial details that should have been disclosed before signing and vaguely admitted to the mistake they have made without taking any accountability for it. Instead, they tried to push me to pay another 5k for a warranty they “thought the car already had, but no, sorry..” It is immoral and disgusting how they do business without considering that bad reputation will be hinting them and slowly chase customers away. Stay away from this dealership or you’ll most likely will be “taken for a ride” They don’t care about you, they don’t care about your business and it’s a shame that they even have their jobs! With a rotten management like the one at BMW Buena Park, they’ll soon loose a lot of business. I will make sure to warn everyone I know about my terrible experience with the management of Buena Park BMW! What a waste of time!! More

Worst purchasing experience ever, sales rep not being knowledgeable, and finance personnel being disrespectful and rushed; after this situation being escalated, the general manager ignored me by not answ knowledgeable, and finance personnel being disrespectful and rushed; after this situation being escalated, the general manager ignored me by not answering my questions and not following up, and now, still have pending issues not being resolved, notification light was on the second day after I purchased, and the key fob battery is empty; I don't know how they certify this vehicle, but this is definitely not acceptable at all!!!
