Called Service Department on 11/08/21 as my tire was losing pressure due to a puncture. Service did not have tire on site, so service ordered tire and was delivered Tuesday 11/09. Service appointment wa losing pressure due to a puncture. Service did not have tire on site, so service ordered tire and was delivered Tuesday 11/09. Service appointment was set for 11/10 at 11AM. Arrived (10:39am) Spoke with representative (exactly 11:00am) on how long it would take as I had to pick up my kids (approx. 30 min from service center) by 5pm and was curious if I needed to take their car seats. Even asked that they not do the typical inspections, vacuum, and car wash as I would prefer to get the car as soon as possible. Was told it was not a problem and car was promised by 3:30pm or that was what was stated on work-order. I go about my day and 4PM rolls around so I give service a call. After an extended hold I was told that they were not able to service my car and keep it overnight as the garage was running behind schedule. Wait... I only needed 1 TIRE CHANGED. They mentioned they could help with a rental car but they close at 6pm. I didn't have car seats and had to scramble to get my kids, I didn't have time to get a rental. I asked when my car would be available as I needed my car for work and was told I would be updated ASAP.. didn't happen. I called the next morning at 8:55am for an update and was told my particular representative was with a guest but would call me back. Call back happen 2 hours later at 10:50am stating my car was ready. Resulting in a single tire change that took 24 hours. More
