The problem I took the car in for didn't get fixed, so I have to go back. The Lyft service provided was poor, couldn't locate my home and the driver drove way too fast. that's not a BMW problem but they m have to go back. My vehicle was properly serviced and the staff was courteous and professional. It was my time servicing the car for an oil change and fluids. I brought my car in at 10 am and it was not ready until courteous and professional. It was my time servicing the car for an oil change and fluids. I brought my car in at 10 am and it was not ready until 5 pm. However, I do understand how short staffed everyone has been due to Covid so this is not a timing complaint. Since I live in Walnut, I requested a loaner vehicle in advance. I did not get one. When I picked up my car, it was not courtesy washed. We have a Lexus and are always given a courtesy car and car wash. I would expect both from a luxury dealer. More
