Your Service Department is shockingly incompetent and has wasted my time TWICE. On attempt #1, part was to be painted and ready, but it was not. Paint job had three big flaws/fisheyes and the emblem was missing - still can't believe someone would think that was ready to be installed on a new car. Second time, the part could not be located, just plain missing.
