Ali made the process very easy. Will never bring my vehicle here again. I tried giving them another chance but same result happened. Made and appointment and Drop off my car on Thursday morning for lane assist, blind spot I tried giving them another chance but same result happened. The service advisor didn't call me back until Friday afternoon to let me know about the issue. After that call i never heard again from him. Monday afternoon I check my bmw app to see if they have at least unlocked my car to check and see again the issue. They didn't do anything to my car and they haven't touched it since that Friday afternoon. I have to reach out to them to see what's going on. And I didn't even receive a call back. I had to go to the dealership and take my car back. The service advisor(bjern) didn't say anything to me and didn't give me any explanation on why they didn't do anything to my car. Will never bring my car here again. More
