I selected Yes on the above questioner on recommending the BMW of Buena Park dealership because there were only two choices but if it had another choice then it would be a "Maybe". The reason for my choic the BMW of Buena Park dealership because there were only two choices but if it had another choice then it would be a "Maybe". The reason for my choice is that the service advisor who helped me didn't seem to be sincere in helping. Also, when I received the text message stating that my car was ready. The advisor made a pick-up arrangement on my behalf. When I arrived, again, he was too occupied or distracted to assist. Same goes for the outside attendees. There were two gentlemen working at the front counter. I told one of them that I am here to pick up my car and he took a glance at my paper and told me to wait while some gets my car. But my car was already out waiting. With the poor service, I just walk straight to my car and asked for my car key. I have been using the BMW of Buena Park for all my services. However, my recent trip to BMW service department was the unpleasant experience. More
