This dealership was racist. We had an appointment for 720am was never greeted, we stood by our car we were ignored by everyone , everyone who came after us were greeted cars ass We had an appointment for 720am was never greeted, we stood by our car we were ignored by everyone , everyone who came after us were greeted cars assigned to a tech. They took their cars while leaving us outside until 830. The tech we got was dull and rushed us as if he didn’t want to help. The customer service via text was way better than in person when color didn’t pay a factor in our interaction. I had a light bulb outage that was ignored and I don’t feel like they provided exceptional service as a customer. I could have gotten better service from auto zone. I definitely don’t plan on coming to this location ever again and I live around the corner. More
