The good thing is they listen to customers and are willing to work with me. After all, I end up with another problem that has nothing to do with brake work. Thankfully I was under cover by my extended warranty program and worry free. Juan was able to respond to my request quickly and courteous via text. overall great customer service and reasonable price. I Highly recommend it . More

I’ve been told that dealers will offer you an Uber ride or a courtesy car if you drop off your car for maintenance. I’ve been to this dealership a few times and not ONCE have I’ve been offered that. This last time I was told my car would be washed and it was not. When I asked if it was washed, I was told yes. When I pointed out the same spots on the front and back windows, I was told that I would have to wait to get it washed or I could come back to get it washed. That was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention that I would have to wait 3-4 hours for an oil change. And that was with an appointment. Service was disappointing. More
