I've been a BMW Owner for 30yrs (7 BMWs). .. these guys are the BEST! They're honest, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, fair, and very skilled. I have had dealers who made my cars worst whe .. these guys are the BEST! They're honest, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, fair, and very skilled. I have had dealers who made my cars worst when I left, found all sorts of issues that did not exist before I came and charged me for services that I later discovered never happened when I went to other dealers years later with same problem for them to say it has never been resolved. This was my first visit at BMW of Buena Park and I had some serious issues with my 640i. Not only did Daniel (my service advisor) take good care of me, kept me informed, but he communicated with the techs very clearly and made sure THE ISSUES I came there with were RESOLVED. I left there with my car running and looking like NEW. I am a customer for life, and recommend this dealership to anyone who cares about their BMW and want someone working on it who cares as much as You. I cannot over state that the Professional, Caring, and attention to detail culture you see at BMW of Buena Park is due to its Leadership. Of ALL the Dealerships I have patronized... I have never run into a General Manager with so much Passion for the Customer. The way he engages with people (that's Staff and Customers), his mechanical knowledge, administrative skills and attention to detail... resignates throughout every department and I must say, every department reflects the same high level of Professionalism and Customer Care. Thank you Kyle (GM)... Thank you Daniel (S.A.) and Thank you to the Tech who worked on my 640i... I just dropped my X5 off for a heating problem and they got right on it. You Guys really ROCK!!! My BMWs will NEVER be touched by another Dealership and when I buy New... it will be BMW of Buena Park!!!! More
Hi. I have been a client with BMW since 1999 and I only drive BMW now. This was my first visit at Buena Park BMW for service. Although the dealership I have been a client with BMW since 1999 and I only drive BMW now. This was my first visit at Buena Park BMW for service. Although the dealership is going through a renovation, the temporary facility is well suited as a temporary set up. The staff were attentive and the appointment went smoothly. I waited outside in the area with the tables- it was nearly 3 hours. I think it would be nice to have some outlets in the outdoor area for charging devices. If a temporary outlet is not possible, my suggestion is for BMW to purchase a dozen of the “ANKER” brand Portable Power Packs that customers can use, or a Solar Powered Portable Power Pack for charging a phone or tablet. Many people sat outside as the weather was nice and if it is sunny the Solar power packs would be handy. In addition, a small fridge with bottled water would be nice for the outdoor area. Also, they should have a small frame on the table outside with the WIFI NAME listed and then a note underneath that no password is required. I used to work at The Four Seasons Hotels in Chicago, London and Boston and impeccable service and creative ideas and forward thinking for a clients need, that said in a temporary location the option for charging iphones and ipads and such… The coffee was nice because it was starbucks brand (thank goodness) and not some random “buy bulk” brand. The cashier was so nice and we cracked some jokes- very very kind- an africian american gentleman and I am sorry I forgot his name. I spoke to Alex about the service center and he is the one that explained to me that this is a temporary set up and told me that the new place will be nothing but extraordinary, well which I would except from BMW. My car was attended to and I had further questions and I wanted to speak to the actual technician that serviced my car. That request was honored and he came outside and answered my questions and we reviewed the video together that was sent to me, as he explained which was very helpful to me as I am not a “car tech” lol. The technician was very kind, and I forgot his name but I hope that you will recognize him as an important member of the BMW staff, so thank you. Thank you again. Jennifer More

This dealership is an absolute joke! I spoke with a salesman named Chris who quoted me $1,700 a month for an m4 competition. I told him that I got a quote from another dealer for a lot l I spoke with a salesman named Chris who quoted me $1,700 a month for an m4 competition. I told him that I got a quote from another dealer for a lot less. He then asked me what the quote was and I told him $1,300. He said let me go talk to my manager. He then came back and said If I sent him the quote they would be able to match it or beat it. I then proceeded to send him the quote and he said they wouldn’t be able to match even though he told me that he would be able to. I asked to talk to the manager and the manager was also an absolute joke and gave no help at all. The manager kept interrupting me while I was trying to speak and said he couldn’t match the offer. SO WHY DID YOUR SALESMAN SAY THEY CAN MATCH IT AFTER TALKING TO A MANAGER?? I’m left wondering why a salesman would tell me they could match a quote and then later tell me that they no longer can. Absolute joke of a dealership and an absolute joke of a manager. More
I have been going to this dealership for several years now and I appreciate the attentiveness of the service writers and they keep you in the loop at all times. I especially like the videos from the technicians when they service your vehicle....the fact that they show you via video the issue with your car is reassuring. More
