The service appointment was disappointing. The CarPlay remains not working after 9 months of the new car purchase. Purchased a vehicle from Tony Froussine almost a weeks ago that included a 90 day warranty. The day after my purchase I contacted the dealer regarding a front end knocking sound. Spoke to Tony Nguyen and ago that included a 90 day warranty. The day after my purchase I contacted the dealer regarding a front end knocking sound. Spoke to Tony Nguyen and he stated that I should bring the car in for service at 8am the next day and assured me that they would take care of the issue. Upon arrival the service manager told me to take it to their sister dealership in Tustin and the repair would be completed at that facility. Drove the 15 miles to Tustin and after 1 week the dealer called me to tell me that I need to speak to the dealer location where it was originally purchased. It seems as though they are giving me the run around and passing the buck. This issue is still in process and I hope that auto nation will honor their warranty as expressed by their associates. We will see what happens. More

Brought my car in for service but the service department did not fix the problem. Daniel Lee on the other hand put in a lot of work to have the service department at least look at the problem.
