Every time I go for service, she always takes the time to check on how things are going – a true example of exceptional customer service. Recently, I had an issue with the water pump (not sure why) – she went out of her way to speak with her manager (Jon) and ensured it was taken care of. I truly appreciate her support – it wasn't just about the money saved, but her care and concern for her customers. Thank you to Jon for all his support as well.
