There are ONLY 2 reasons for the HIGH rating. There names are Yates & Forgione, an UNBEATABLE service team. Yates sets it up & Forgione makes it happen. NO PAIN. Their greeting smiles & level of expertise tell me that you have a "friend" at BMW at BRIDGEWATER. Take Carmine Forgione as an example. Don't know WHERE he comes from. Don't care. When you go to the dealership with a service request or a service problem, this "team" will get the job done. Unlike sales, where the goal is to SELL, people like CARMINE FORGIONE make it fun to own a BMW. Carmine ALWAYS has a smile for you coupled with a YES attitude. He should be your spokesperson for HOW TO do it. Training, doesn't matter. IF he doesn't know, he WILL know in 10 minutes. And, SO WILL YOU. In fact, Carmine is so good at what he does, he should be training others. Remember, it's NOT what you KNOW. It's what you DO ! Let me give you an example. I only live 2 miles from the dealership. One day, I called for HELP and thankfully, got Carmine. My BMW had LOCKED in park. It would NOT start. An element inside the steering column failed. Carmine physically jumped into a car, came to my location and using his skills, UNLOCKED the steering mechanism, provided information for a flat bed tow, took charge of the repair process, provided a rental car and returned my BMW several days later LIKE NEW.
