When I expressed dissatisfaction over the timings of their service department, she promptly accomodated my appintment to a convenient after hours time and also immediately authorized for a loaner to be their service department, she promptly accomodated my appintment to a convenient after hours time and also immediately authorized for a loaner to be used over the weekend without further waiting for the manager's approval who was unreachable then, which apparently is not allowed unless under pressing circumstances after manager approval. She was friendly and gave responsible replies which was the biggest reason I even went ahead with the call and also setup the appointment. More

I called the parts dept at Bridgewater BMW and spoke with Vlad, he told me what I needed and said he would attach the part to my phone when I arrived. When I arrived Vlad came out to the car and too his surprise the part didn't work but he knew immediately what the problem was and came back with the correct part and it did work. I was sooo happy because now I can get back to listening to my music in the car....I'm so Happy!!!!! Thanks Vald. Bernice More

The nicest and most efficient BMW dealer I have been to. It seems that the smaller independent dealers try harder. Mostata was most helpful, friendly, and timely. He kept me informed of the service time required. Due to proximity to work, I used the complimentary shuttle service back and forth. Only suggestion I have is that no one acknowledges you when you come in the showroom....especially when coming in from the service dropoff area. It is also not clear where to wait for the next service assoicate and the order of which clients are taken. For this...BMW gets a "good" rating from me. More

The service experience was very pleasant. Carmine checked in my car as soon as I arrived. Debra got me into service quickly. The service was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. There are many BMW Service Centers, but not as great as this one. I've been all over NJ (Morristown, Edison, Princeton, Bloomfield, Park Ave, Prestige, JMK, etc, etc), but none compare to the BMW of Bridge this one. I've been all over NJ (Morristown, Edison, Princeton, Bloomfield, Park Ave, Prestige, JMK, etc, etc), but none compare to the BMW of Bridgewater's Service Center. I truly believe a quality service is never an accident. It is always a sincere effort with the intention to provide a World Class Service experience. By far, Debra Shafer is that difference. She is sincere enough to acknowledge my concerns and willing to be that positive defining moment you expect when you have the "Ultimate Driving Machine". Along with Carmine Forgione, they're the reason why I keep on coming back and will forever own a BMW. They honestly wear their hearts on their sleeves and represent the "wow" experience you expect when driving a BMW. Thanks for all that you do! More
After a computer failure on my BMW, I first searched online to try to get an idea what it could be, get estimates of what people have paid in the past, and then I started calling local BMW dealerships a online to try to get an idea what it could be, get estimates of what people have paid in the past, and then I started calling local BMW dealerships as well as independent service centers that specialized in BMW. My first call to BMW of Bridgewater connected me to Chris in Parts. We went over some scenarios and he was able to give me an estimate for what was likely the issue, and coincidentally the most expensive part. He was able to work with me on the price so it was competitive to other estimates I was getting, and I felt comfortable with going with this option. He arranged a loaner car and drop off date and we scheduled the appointment. The day I dropped off the car, I met Debra in Service. Very helpful and understanding with what I was experiencing with the car and made the process very easy. She updated me along the way, was very accommodating, and was great to work with. I felt like a valued customer and that my business was important to them. Finally, Ryan was the tech that worked on my car and did a great job identifying the issue and getting it resolved. Extremely trustworthy and diligent in going above and beyond by checking every little thing to make sure any current issues and foreseeable issues were taken care of. A big kudos to BMW of Bridgewater for this service experience. More
