Fantastic Service! Best Service Department in New Jersey! Upon my arrival to BMW of Bridgewater I was greeted by Jeff (Service Manager). He was very professional and mad Best Service Department in New Jersey! Upon my arrival to BMW of Bridgewater I was greeted by Jeff (Service Manager). He was very professional and made me feel welcome! I explain the reason of my visit to him and my service advisor Monika. Both of them immediately took the lead to solve my problem. They were extremely professional, friendly, and informative. Monika and Jeff gave me an idea what was going on right away but advised the car will need to stay at the dealership for more detail diagnostics. Rohan offered me a loaner car immediately and helped me to remove all of my belongings from my vehicle into the loaner. He was professional and provided an overview of the loaner vehicle. He walked me to my car and wished me a great day. During the time my car was at the BMW of Bridgewater, Monika and Anthony (the shop foreman) kept me updated about the car and repairs that were needed. Anthony advised which parts really needed to be replace and which could wait. I felt comfortable with the service and didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off! Once I pick up my car, it was washed, clean and all ready for me. I couldn't be happier with the service! I recommend BMW of Bridgewater to everyone! Thank you Monika, Rohan,Anthony and Jeff for all of your hard work and dedication! Your knowledge, experience and customer dedication is priceless! More
Complete Rip-Off Service Plan The dealership finance guy sold me an extended service plan for $2300 for my used BMW X5. Only been able to service the car twice in 1 year and replac The dealership finance guy sold me an extended service plan for $2300 for my used BMW X5. Only been able to service the car twice in 1 year and replaced the wipers. The remaining visits when I asked for oil change or brake-pad replacement they refused to do so though I was told it was covered under the extended plan by the finance department when I purchased the vehicle. Even on the last day of the service plan they refused to do anything for the SUV. I met the finance guy and he said well we though you would put more miles. This dealership is running a complete scam service and finance department. BEWARE and stay away! Not going there anymore. More
Continuous poor service and do not stand behind their work Brought my car in smelling of gas. They fixed the leak, but the car continued to smell of gas. I brought it back for the service department to review and the service department told me their computers did not find a leak. So they returned my car telling me that I overfilled the tank. They insisted that their was not a leak because their computer system said their was no leak. The service department did not care about the dangerous gas smell and would not take ownership of the issue. They stand behind the computer system, but obviously a computer can't smell gas. More

Pathetic customer care and service center for BMW This dealership is only harassing the customer and not worth even for free servicing. I went first time for my PVC service recall to this center and This dealership is only harassing the customer and not worth even for free servicing. I went first time for my PVC service recall to this center and they made additional courtesy check on my BMW and provided the list of repair which require around $3000. I just take out my Car after PVC service recall and my car broke down on highway.My car was working fine before going to this service center and its broke down first time since I owned it. I towed my car to service center and they asking for $3000 to fix it and not ready to accept their mistake by which it got broke down on road. I taken away my car and it got fixed on half of the cost what they are asking for and it all their fault to broke my car. Stay way from this center if you want to be safe and save yourself from fraud. More

Let me know all my options. Acquired a loaner FOC for 2 days. I called a few times for updates which I got. Picked up my car as agreed. My car has not driven this good ever. New level of service and transparency I have a 2008 328 and brought it to Tarik and his team at Bridgewater BMW. If you've been to other BMW dealers in the Morris County area and have NOT I have a 2008 328 and brought it to Tarik and his team at Bridgewater BMW. If you've been to other BMW dealers in the Morris County area and have NOT been to Bridgewater BMW, you are missing a different level of service and transparency in the repair process. My car was running rough, and brought it to a Morris County BMW Dealer who quoted me an astronomical price (not happening). Took it to my local BMW repair specialist who said we're booked, but try Bridgewater BMW. Tarik at Bridgewater BMW welcomed me immediately and said words I've never heard from any BMW service center. "We'll do everything we can to help get your car back on the road, and hope to earn your business." Then after a short period, Tarik walked me into the technicians bay where I met technician Patrick who explained everything that needed to get done, answered all my questions and most of all, you can absolutely tell he LOVES BMW's. And the repair that I was quoted an astronomical price for, Tarik was able to get covered under an extended warranty. Wow. More than a customer for life, I am an absolute fan and got me loving my BMW again. More
9:40 appt for an oil change and it’s now 2:12pm This isn’t my first time being here for service to have my car here for hours/ days. This is my first bmw and may be my last or at least last purcha This isn’t my first time being here for service to have my car here for hours/ days. This is my first bmw and may be my last or at least last purchased at BMW of Bridgewater. They had my car for 4 days due to an error with my convertable not locking. They in turn returned it to me saying nothing is wrong. I made an appt 2 days ago to bring it in for an oil change. I had a 9:40am appt and it’s 2:17pm. Still car isn’t ready. This time at 2:30 they came out and asked if I’d take a loaner to look into the roof again. I laughed and said no. General Manager then came out because service manager was nowhere to be found..He has asked if they can contact me and have someone come to my house to pick up my car and leave me a loaner to allow a BMW engineer look at my roof. We’ll see if I get a call. NEVER again will I come here! They have been a totally failure so far as far as I’m concerned. I’ve always had Honda’s and Toyota’s and never had this low level of service. Go figure, get a more expensive car and lower level of service? I’ve got very low confidence in this dealership at this point. Let’s see if they can turn this around. Time will tell... More
Incompetence All Around Purchased my car CPO in early 2017, in August of 2018 the dealer sold me a Dinan performance part which blew my charge pipe after one day. The dealer replaced the charge pipe and soon after the car was riddled with check engine lights and engine noises under acceleration. After being towed into the dealer and numerous service visits, the engine noises persisted without resolution. I dealt with Jeff the service manager and Mike thr GM without any improvement, consideration. or alternatives. I contacted corporate who were useless as well. I will never buy a BMW again as their local dealers nor corporate know how to stand by their product and equipment sold installed in house. Daryl from parts department assured me this part did not void my warranty after asking him three times. Mike and his entire staff had no consistency training or professionalism in dealing with anything other than oil changes and printing lease agreement paperwork. Very sad for them and the future if their dealership by conducting business in this way. DRAIN THE SWAMP OF BRIDGEWATER BMW. More

I had a "special request" and Andrew kindly asked his Boss, Jeff Defonseka. It was my first time meeting Jeff. I asked my "special request" and without hesitation and w/ a smile Jeff totally delivered and more! First impressions say a lot and Jeff is definitely awesome. Dealership is always well kept, efficient, with beautiful loaners.. Next time an M car as my loaner please...just kidding...not really kidding ;) Thanks again Jeff and Andrew! More
