In search for a genuine and trustworthy service team for my BMW, I came across this BMW dealer about 2 years ago. This is my to go service location for my 12 bmw 328i. I drive about 2 hours from Delaware to get my car serviced because of the exceptional service I always get from the service manager ( Jeff Defonseka ) and his amazing team. The distance is nothing when you know your car is getting fixed with such highly trained technicians. I am a highly satisfied customer and I would definitely recommend. More
Getting service at BMW of Bridgewater is a delight. They always treat me and my wife with respect. They do work right the first time and in a timely manner. I have had a chance to deal with the Service Mgr, always treat me and my wife with respect. They do work right the first time and in a timely manner. I have had a chance to deal with the Service Mgr, Jeff and he was very informative and pleasant. When I questioned him, he explained my issues in term I could understand. Not that I want to get my cars serviced, but when I do I would choose Jeff and his team everytime. More
Stay away from this dealership. Darrel and, Jeff the service manager, are unprofessional. My daughter took her BMW to the dealership for some basic work. Here's the scam at this dealership ; they will refuse to do something unless you agree to other unnecessary service. Example: they refused to rotate the tires on the car unless a $300 alignment was done. This after being told the alignment was fine. I guess business is off with the pandemic but Darrel and Jeff are blatantly offensive. I hope they can learn to not disrespect young women. More
Bridgewater BMW has been my service provider for the last 3 years. I trust Jeff Defonseka and his service team to service all of my vehicles needs. They send me a video of the services preformed every time and provide clear explanations of the services that they are performing. My 2006 BMW had a breakline leakage problem which they fixed it.For me it is too early to say about performance but at this moment it is satisfactory. I've known BMW of Bridgewater for may years having bought my first 2004 BMW with this group at their Lebanon NJ location. I recently bought a 2018 540i that needed some attention to connect android and bluet my first 2004 BMW with this group at their Lebanon NJ location. I recently bought a 2018 540i that needed some attention to connect android and bluetooth with IDrive that no one prior to my visit to BMW Bridgewater could figure it out- I spoke with John Palombo on the phone, and he offered to assist if I could stop by with the vehicle. I met with both John and Mark Carvalho, who each were very willing to see if they could assist with getting the android phone connected, and it was a real difficult issue we were having, not an easy fix! Both Mark and John spent considerable time and effort to find the root cause of the problem, we all knew that an iphone connects much easier, but they didn't give up!- I was highly impressed with their commitment, their efforts, and innovative options they reviewed and applied, we solved the problem and all works perfectly. You don't run across many dealers and individuals that are committed to their customers success in solving issues like Mark and John! FYI- this vehicle was purchased from a private party and Mark and John were on it!....from the minute I arrived. Two good guys and a dealership you can count on- friendly,helpful and professional... thanks for the great experience and not giving up! More
