I first met Manjula 4 years ago when I came in to trade in my Infiniti for a 3 series. She was very welcoming and patient, answering every question I had with detail. Although I was not ready to get a new car then, I kept her contact in hopes of doing business in the future. Fast forward to today, I am now driving a 2026 BMW 330i all thanks to Manjula! I texted her on Thursday inquiring about availability on loaner vehicles to lease and which model I was interested in. The following day I came in to test drive the car and as always Manjula was very inviting and easily made me feel comfortable about the buying process. Manjula was actually able to get me a much better lease deal on a brand new vehicle instead of the initial loaner! She made the process quick and easy, earning a customer in me for life. I called, and without hesitation they told me to bring the car right back in. My advisor reevaluated the vehicle immediately, even though my appointment was technically over. That level of responsiveness and professionalism is rare, and it made me feel like they genuinely cared about getting the problem resolved. I really appreciate the extra effort and would absolutely return for future service. More

Even in the one situation where their initial work had to be revisited and expanded, because of the specific nature of the recall, Darrell and the whole service team were thoughtful and accommodating in their care for me, and in ensuring they went above and beyond to address the underlying factory design error.
