Hi I called you and left a VM. If you can take care of me and issue a $299 refund for nitrogen in tires which is unlikely and I never requested it, I would appreciate it.

We put NitroFill in all of our new and used vehicles. NitroFill is listed on every vehicle's addendums as well as on the buyer's agreement. The NitroFill program comes with a 1-year tire warranty in addition to keeping the tires' inflated pressure much more consistent, providing better gas miles, less tire wear, and safer driving. I am sorry, but we cannot comply with your request.

On the Autotrader/Cars.com listing for the car I bought, there was no mention of Nitrofill. The price I saw online is what got me to your dealership, only to then find out about the $299 hidden fee when I was ready to "check out". As I mentioned initially, there was also a $699 hidden fee. Taxes customers know about, but the other fees are called hidden if not shown up front. You make claim about Nitrofill in all cars, but my tires cap is a standard black color. Nitrogen filled tires have a green cap. I have no way to verify your claim, and neither will another customer. This is very troubling. Put that $299 cost in the price shown on Autotrader/Cars.com. That is called a hidden fee otherwise. If you plan on selling the car for $30,000, well just show the customer $30,299 up front. Here is two of your listings out of many, there is no mention of Nitrofill, just how my listing had no mention of it: https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/0c6a269c-c305-4f5e-b4fe-26e42bfd7b3e/ https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/31acb971-c06c-4ca3-bc6a-03a98992e1a7/ Dealerships everywhere can just claim they put something in a customers car they cannot see or touch or verify and it costs $299. What if I had a TV listed for $1000. You came to my home to purchase it, and when I told you the total price I said $1300. Then I tell you, I added nitrogen to the socket to help lower your energy usage. Would you pay me $300 extra? Lastly, there is no benefit of Nitrogen in tires and MOST of all you had it no where in the initial listing I saw for the car: https://www.lesschwab.com/article/are-nitrogen-filled-tires-worth-the-cost.html If you do what is ethical and refund me, then I am willing to remove my comments also and work with you.
