Overall the people at this dealership I dealt with were friendly. No complaints there. However, pay close attention to hidden fees! That is my reason for low rating. I just happened to look at the screen and saw these fees, and if I did not glance over, I would have paid much more. I was able to get the $699 removed, but was told the $299 was an ADD-ON that was already added to the car- It was nitrogen in the tires that I have no way of verifying or care for. I didn't negotiate at the time since they said it was added to the car, however when I got home and did some homework, I see nitrogen filled tires have a green cap and my tire caps are standard color, so dealer can claim anything to charge customers more. Very shady! I emailed them to get the $299 refunded, but I have a greater shot at fixing world hunger. I waited many days, they did not reply back to me once they got my money. If anything air or nitrogen in tires should be included in the price of the car. Why am I paying extra for something I did not ask for and what dealer just puts an ADD-ON without customers request on a used car? This dealer is lying about nitrogen, since customers cannot easily verify it. The $799 is Doc-Fees which is very high for NJ prices, but I had to pay it. All car prices should be shown to the customer BEFOREHAND, except for taxes! Anyway I could not get them to stop emailing me BEFORE the purchase. AFTER the purchase, I am nobody to them. It is basically $299 in the gutter for nitrogen in tires. Car was missing a headrest, but dealer chose to put nitrogen in tires. Anyway this put a bad taste in my mouth after this purchase and I will not go there again...So buyer beware, take your business elsewhere. More

We called and were put on hold multiple times only to hear that they had nothing in their system on servicing our vehicle. Instead of scheduling a pick-up on that call, I was told someone would reach out. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. More
