Staff called me approximately 30 days ago to inquire about my end of lease options. I explained that I extended my lease for an additional two months while I decided on another BMW model. Unfortunately, the person that called me couldn't answer any of my questions and insisted a salesman would return my call shortly. Well, 30 days later and no returned phone call. I have had several bad experiences with this dealership in the past; from ordering the wrong vehicle, inappropriate comments from an argumentative salesman, no returned calls and receiving unjust treatment during service visit. This is the final time that you prove to me that my business is not needed. They clearly don't value their customers whatsoever. Deal with BMW of Bloomfield at your own risk... More

This is my 5th BMW from Sabrina Rolle. She is the absolute best. She is knowledgeable about the process and the vehicles.
