check engine light Willia DaSilva was my Service Advisor and he made sure that my 525xi service experience exceeded my expectations. I had a check engine light come on Willia DaSilva was my Service Advisor and he made sure that my 525xi service experience exceeded my expectations. I had a check engine light come on and of course when I got to the dealership it was off, but William had the service team find and fix the issue. When William followed up with me the next day, a different check engine light issue came on and he was able to get me in to drop off the car and had a loaner car waiting for me. Thanks Will More
