They offered me a great deal $30 oil change amazing sale When I first got the call from a BMW rep from Bloomfield dealership he stated that they are offering a $30 oil change which I truly was amazed by beca When I first got the call from a BMW rep from Bloomfield dealership he stated that they are offering a $30 oil change which I truly was amazed by because usually these oil change are very expensive he also stated to me if this takes longer than 2 hours that I will have a loaner unfortunately when I got there that wasn't totally accurate I met up with a rap name David who was well-mannered and well-rounded and customer service he stated to me unfortunately we cannot give you a loaner because they're backed up a couple months which was okay because the area of the atmosphere was really nice in this dealership very quiet a great place to catch up on reading and look at amazing cars. But this is the disappointing point of the day after waiting 2 hours David calls me and states that everything is done he gives me a sheet and tells me that I have a massive leak from my oil filter gasket and it needs to be looked at I found this kind of odd because they already did the oil change I stated to him why did you not let me know this before doing the oil change he stated that I do not need to change the oil again and doing the gaskets. Well that's not the case today which is the very next day I took it to my mechanic I told him what happened and they fix the situation with the gasket Unfortunately they had to do another oil change that means I have to pay another price to do another Oil Change by brand new oil it didn't make sense to me why they change my oil knowing that I had a leak that it was going to leak out eventually I was very disappointed they should have least let me know ahead of time and we would have made arrangements maybe even get it fixed there I also have to pay another bottle of Lucas Oil that I brought in myself it was $14 I always add this to my car because of high mileage I had to buy another bottle my mechanic who is a certified BMW mechanic stated to me that the mechanic there should have informed me ahead of time before making the decision of replacing the oil because it's a waste of oil and a waste of time I am so surprised that BMW chose to not inform me ahead of time even though David gave me a text and told me that we will be in contact with each other to texting each other and he did not respond to me only until the car was done I did waited the whole time at the facility and no one contacted me and told her you all spend over $120 for a oil change which was only supposed to be 30 and of course spent $200 to change in the gaskets all in all my experience would BMW dealership Bloomfield was disappointing because of false information of loaner cars I stood there for over 2 hours and then to find out that my time was wasted because the oil change that I just got I have to redo Plus pay extra more money I do recommend Bloomfield Springfield New Jersey which is a great place that has loaner cars available because they deal with a third party rental car and their customer service is more accurate and gives you more information about your vehicle I hope this will help somebody or even BMW dealership I see great potential and their customer service and their atmosphere I love the way they treat you there with respect and acknowledgement make you feel valued I love the sell of the $30 oil change I think that is exceptionally well I spoke to some of my friends who are Mercedes and they have never experienced a dealership giving out such a low price for oil which I agree I think it was a well great gift and I am thankful More
