BMW Lease Experience In searching for another lease on a new i3 electric I contacted many dealers in the area, to include my current, local dealer. A couple had cars with In searching for another lease on a new i3 electric I contacted many dealers in the area, to include my current, local dealer. A couple had cars with the trims and options I wanted, some would have had to order a car for me. In reaching out to Bloomfield BMW, via the Costco Auto program, William contacted me right away to discuss what I was looking for, discussing the terms with his manager and getting back to me right away. We reached a very fair deal quickly and set up a time to come in and complete the paperwork, turn in my current lease, and take possession of the new car. The total time to complete the deal was very satisfactory as I did not have to wait around at all. William was very straightforward and honest throughout the whole process and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of in any way. When going to sign the paperwork in the finance department I worked with Howard who discussed the various optional damage/wear coverage and packages they offer with me. He was kind and explained the benefits of each and did not pressure me when I declined any additional options. Overall the whole experience with Bloomfield was wonderful. William is very knowledgeable on the electric platforms and I highly recommend contacting him specifically going forward as BMW is primed to release even more great offerings. More

Compared to another BMW service center, this one has a lounge area where you can view your car being serviced. I was able to witness the mechanic working on the brake flush service.
