At the end he again went over with me every thing had been done and explained what I was concerned. This is the second time I have car served here. I am glad that car washing is included in the services, even though I had to drive a few blocks to get it. I hope that next year BMW will have its own car washing facility. More

Messy / Disorganized, Good Morning, Very Disappointing, I wish I would of went to another BMW Dealership..Totally confused. Excellent Experience I dealt with Chris Chang, it was the best, most relaxed experience I have had at a car dealership. He listened to what I wanted and did all he could to get me in the vehicle I wanted. He allowed me to discuss what I was looking for and wasn't pushy or directing me to a vehicle. I dealt with Bill Hamilton on the day of delivery, Bill was thorough and again provided a caring, relaxed environment that day. Finance was great and made the process very easy. The Genius went over everything in the vehicle and I left with a relationship at a new dealership, I left the one I have been dealing with for the last 18 years. More

Quick service I dropped my car off for an oil change and was checked in immediately. Multiple people made sure that I was already being helped.
