Overall experience I had an outstanding experience in BMW of Bloomfield. Drop the car, picked up my loaner all within 15 minutes and I was out the door. Coolant leak Missed first time wether low or slow leak. Still had to add over 1/2 gallon of coolant after first visit at a gas station.
