Last Min/Urgent Tire repair I recently purchased a certified pre-owned BMW sedan. I park the car 5 days a week with a valet. However, when I went to pick up the car one evening I recently purchased a certified pre-owned BMW sedan. I park the car 5 days a week with a valet. However, when I went to pick up the car one evening after work, I found that the valet rammed the tire into a cement barrier and the tire got a hole in it. Unfortunately, when I picked up the car it was 8.30 PM. I had to drive 6 hours the next day. The team at Bloomfield BMW body shop took my car in for repairs the next morning without an appointment and replaced the tire ASAP. While I was there, they noted that I was due for routine maintenance. The body shop kindly incorporated the maintenance into the tire replacement so that I would not have to make a return trip to the dealership. (I really appreciated the pro-activity on the part of the body shop.) While attending to the routine maintenance on my car-- the service department noted I needed to replace my rear breaks. I was even more thrilled that I had stopped into the dealership that morning since I had the long drive ahead of me later that day. You will not be disappointed in service that you receive from the Bloomfield BMW Body Shop! More
