I was emailed a service “offer” email that did not address the issue at all. Despite calling and leaving 3 messages and leaving an email, the service associate failed to address the issue or return calls or emails for the entire 6 hours BMW Bloomfield has our car. When picking up the car, my wife complained that the service associate never called me back... his response was “I don’t get paid by the hour, I’m busy, I have hundreds of voicemails”. I never heard back from him until the next day. Far too late. If he were my employee, that would have been his last day. Now I will need to be inconvenienced yet again to repair a fault on a brand new $50k car. BMW isn’t winning any awards in my eyes. The car has many manufacturing faults and service is lame at best More

Services described in the follow-up info were not performed, such as, they stated coolant was low and filled. The coolant light in my car came on less than a block away from the dealership. I added it at home. They stated they checked tire pressure in all tires. I knew one was quite low. They stated they put air in tires to recommended level. My tire still looked low when I drove home. Tire pressure was 10 lbs. when I filled it myself at home the next day. If I can not trust that these simple services that they said were done, were actually done, how can I put my trust in them to complete repairs that I would not know how to check? I hope they actually changed my oil!! I have lost faith in the service center at this dealership. Don't tell me things were completed that were obviously not done. However, the bagels were good! More

Worst BMW Dealer Ever Horrible customer service. Everytime I go to BMW Bloomfield, I am always greeted by their rude staff. On September 2017, I came in to purchase a part Horrible customer service. Everytime I go to BMW Bloomfield, I am always greeted by their rude staff. On September 2017, I came in to purchase a part for my BMW. I came to the dealer in my brother's Nissan Leaf. I pay for the electric charging service and proceed to go inside to get my part. As I returned to the vehicle, I saw that my car was unplugged by one of the BMW Salesman. I went up to him and asked if he unplugged the car. He rudely said that it was only for BMW cars only, even though I PAID TO USE IT. Today August 31, 2018, I go in for routine oil change, after service I tried to inquire about a Military Discount for the Oil Service. The reason why I asked is because, BMW of Wilmington has offered one when I went for service there. When I asked the ladies at the front desk, they looked at me with a weird look and said "Oh, we dont. You gotta talk to the service advisor". When I spoke to David Ferreira, he rudely said that this oil change is the cheapest you can get. Even though EVERY SINGLE BMW DEALER has the same special for $79.95. He then complains about how he isn't even making commision on this service. The point of the matter is not getting the discount, it is the customer interaction, If they were more polite then there would not be a problem. It's like BMW of Bloomfield trains all their employees to be as rude as possible to their customers. More

Yall fell off I don't know if its because there are a lot of new people working there, but I remember the service being a lot better a while back. Even the waiting area lacks snacks early in the daytime. They don't even keep the place as clean as they use to. I prefer the dealership in Springfield. Its time for you guys to step it up!!!!! More
