Worst place to buy vehicle This is the worst place to buy a vehicle. Once the vehicle is sold nobody will respond. Made 10 calls to get the VSC cancelled, after 4 days they res This is the worst place to buy a vehicle. Once the vehicle is sold nobody will respond. Made 10 calls to get the VSC cancelled, after 4 days they responded and asked to fill a form and sign it and send. I did it within an hour. After 14 days when I followed up with Lithia, they say they haven't received the cancellation form. Disgusting service, never saw a BMW dealer treat customers like this, after so many followups. Would never buy or recommend buying from this place More

Went through 3 different salespeople in 2 days! I went through three different sales people in 2 days. One "left the country", the next guy sent me to another guy and we finally closed the deal wi I went through three different sales people in 2 days. I didn't get an outstanding deal because they knew I wanted the car and it was new on the lot. More
