Poor service - released car with extremely low tire pressure Posting so other are aware, your experience may vary, but feel the need to share mine. My car had a flat tire and was towed to Bloomfield BMW. First thing I noticed was no communication aside from Text. Text is fine for some communication, but not conductive to asking questions. ( this dealer missed an opportunity to sell me a set of winter tires due to this) I was informed I needed a new tire, rim repair, and a 4 wheel alignment. I am very knowledgeable about auto repair and fully agree with the course of action. I have no issue with the dealer cost to provide this service. When I received the car back, the TPMS sensors and tire pressure warnings came on. Please not the tire pressure should have been correct when the tire was replaced, prior to balancing the tire. Additionally tire pressure should have been tested and set prior to a wheel alignment. Upon checking the tire pressure ( which should be set at 50 psi) all tires had incorrect and low pressure ( 35,30,21,25) all dangerously low. I have requested a call back, for three days now, no call back, no communication. You have been warned, use at you own risk. More

All positive interactions with everyone. One feedback - my regular dealership always washes the car each service call - big or small. Doesn't impact my 5 star rating - but have come to expect it when visiting a BMW for service. More

Meeting Gina This is my second BMW from Bloomfield and always had a good experience with sales, but this review is mainly for the service department. Meeting Gina for the first time she was courteous and helpful all the way through, hooked me up with all the details concise and to the point and always conscious about costs. No pressure, extremely knowledgable about BMW products, just options and she lets you decide what you want, when you want it. Comfortable conversation throughout and 100% honest with you. That's what I best appreciate best about gina, her directness and knowledge of BMW's is outstanding. More

Poor dealership service. BMW of Bloomfied promised great service before I purchased my new X-5 . However upon the first 10000 mile check , they wouldn’t fulfill their prom BMW of Bloomfied promised great service before I purchased my new X-5 . However upon the first 10000 mile check , they wouldn’t fulfill their promises’s of picking up my car and providing a loaner . I had to go to a closer dealership to get my vehicle serviced . The new dealership was outstanding and you can be assured they will get all my future business . This is my 5th BMW and I currently own 3 BMW’s . A great product is only as good as the dealership behind it . If I could only buy from BMW of Bloomfield i’d Switch to another car manufacturer..... More

disappointed with BMW dealership of Bloomfield I had a bad experience with BMW of Bloomfield due to me getting service done paying over 7K did after all said and done they told me that was my trans I had a bad experience with BMW of Bloomfield due to me getting service done paying over 7K did after all said and done they told me that was my transmission is going I was planning on keeping my car BMW 2008 328 x i for at least two or three more years . Not long after getting my call back from service I had to go buy a whole new car because my transmission started to act up so I basically gave up 7K for nothing More
