Very Disappointed! They do not care how you feel or what is going on. Spoke with Kathy and Mike from Service and both told me I would have to wait until the end of the month in order to get my issue looked at. Coming from my selling dealer this is not acceptable in any way shape or form. I really wish I had not leased my vehicle from this location. I called up Tenafly BMW and they gladly said they will take me in and I did not even buy my car from them! Guys safe yourself the headache and do not buy or lease from BMW of Bloomfield! They all very nice and friendly until you drive off the lot trust me! More
