I had called a BMW dealership here in Northern NJ regarding an issue with my 7 series and the agent I spoke with was very rude. I then called Bloomfield BMW and wow, what a difference when speaking with Ahron. He understood my issue and told me to bring my vehicle in to get it checked out. Upon arriving, he greeted me as a valued customer, as a customer who has been with bmw for several years and treated me as a customer who had purchased several Bmw's in the past. This was my first bmw which was purchased used at a different location. He made sure to update me at every step of the process that was being taken in order to have my vehicle fixed. The number of positive reviews for Ahron are no mistake. He is a great employee who definitely cares about the customer. Always treated me with respect and kindness. Thank you -Hector More

I live about two hours away from this dealership and would travel back there in a heartbeat to purchase another car in the future. The whole process was quick and smooth. Originally I found the car they had listed on CarGurus. I reached out to the dealership and almost immediately received a response. Mr. Stephen Caron spoke to me about the car and answered any questions I initially had. He helped me set up a perfect time for me to go in and see the car. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by the staff and offered a seat in their waiting area while everything was being set up for me. Mr. Ron Humphrey came over to me, introduced himself, asked if he could get me a water or anything and then we went to his office space to discuss the car. If you want to buy a car, go to him! He treated me as if I was a close friend or family. He’s an honest and upstanding person who looked out for me throughout the process. He got me a fair deal on the car and also made sure everything was to my liking. He is a big reason why I would go back to this dealership. After the deal had been struck I then met with Mr. Howard Wu who helped me with financing and my APR. He was able to get me an extended warranty at no extra cost! Even though I’ve already practically wrote a book here as a review, words can’t describe how awesome of an experience this was. I can only imagine how many other people were ripped ***UPDATE - BMW of Bloomfield offered to pay me to remove this review!! Absolutely disgraceful. I can only imagine how many other people were ripped off by this shady dealer, only to remove their honest account of the incident after being bought off.***. I leased a car with Bobby Kaufman three years ago when he was at Park Avenue BMW. The experience went fine, and I was so comfortable with the experience that I returned to Bobby, now with Bloomfield BMW when my lease was coming to a close. The price of the new X5 was above my budget, and I let Bobby know that I would be leasing a car elsewhere. He asked me to give him to seek out a better deal on an X6. When we spoke again he had a deal I was happy with, one that included waiving my excess miles charges and remaining lease payments. We spoke about this on several occasions and he made it clear that the only out of pocket charges I would have would be the down payment and any wear and tear charges on my old vehicle. I trusted Bobby completely and agreed to the deal over the phone. After receiving the new car, I started to receive bills from BMW for the remaining payments and excess miles charges, totaling over $4,000. When I confronted Bobby about it, I expected he would tell me that it was an oversight and would be fixed, but instead he just became very hard to reach and acted like he didn't remember any of our conversations. I'm in the process of notifying everyone I know about this scam artist and will make sure that as many people as possible learn about my experience with BMW of Bloomfield. More

He made the experience of buying a car stress-free, comforting and comical. He was patient and thorough when it came to all of my questions. He walked through all of my options when it came to financing and lease options, listened to my wants and needs from what I was looking for in a BMW, and more importantly, wasnt just trying to upsell me without a care. Will definitely recommend this dealership and have my recommendation definitely see Andre. More
