I can only imagine how many other people were ripped off by this shady dealer, only to remove their honest account of the incident after being bought off.***. I leased a car with Bobby Kaufman three years ago when he was at Park Avenue BMW. The experience went fine, and I was so comfortable with the experience that I returned to Bobby, now with Bloomfield BMW when my lease was coming to a close. The price of the new X5 was above my budget, and I let Bobby know that I would be leasing a car elsewhere. He asked me to give him to seek out a better deal on an X6. When we spoke again he had a deal I was happy with, one that included waiving my excess miles charges and remaining lease payments. We spoke about this on several occasions and he made it clear that the only out of pocket charges I would have would be the down payment and any wear and tear charges on my old vehicle. I trusted Bobby completely and agreed to the deal over the phone. After receiving the new car, I started to receive bills from BMW for the remaining payments and excess miles charges, totaling over $4,000. When I confronted Bobby about it, I expected he would tell me that it was an oversight and would be fixed, but instead he just became very hard to reach and acted like he didn't remember any of our conversations. I'm in the process of notifying everyone I know about this scam artist and will make sure that as many people as possible learn about my experience with BMW of Bloomfield. More

He made the experience of buying a car stress-free, comforting and comical. He was patient and thorough when it came to all of my questions. He walked through all of my options when it came to financing and lease options, listened to my wants and needs from what I was looking for in a BMW, and more importantly, wasnt just trying to upsell me without a care. Will definitely recommend this dealership and have my recommendation definitely see Andre. More

Very Disappointed! They do not care how you feel or what is going on. Spoke with Kathy and Mike from Service and both told me I would have to wait until the end of the month in order to get my issue looked at. Coming from my selling dealer this is not acceptable in any way shape or form. I really wish I had not leased my vehicle from this location. I called up Tenafly BMW and they gladly said they will take me in and I did not even buy my car from them! Guys safe yourself the headache and do not buy or lease from BMW of Bloomfield! They all very nice and friendly until you drive off the lot trust me! More
