Lies, lies,lies Worst experience ever. Cannot even believe that BMW would allow such incompetent snakes to walk the floors of their dealership. He flat out lied multi Worst experience ever. He flat out lied multiple times and after being caught was too prideful to admit his wrongdoings. I am appalled and disgusted that after putting down a deposit on a car, his employee Mike sold the car & then tried to upsell us a car I was not even considering. They said there was no other model in the state of Nj and after a quick Google search we found multiple in the area. Pure laziness and full of lies. Once we went to the next dealership to buy the ”invisible” car they denied they could find- he actually called the dealership to check to see if we went there - everyone be ware that this dealership will lie til no end. Do not trust him or anyone there!!!!! More

I He even followed up during the day whilst my car was being checked up and serviced. I was pleased to find my car well serviced with just what it needed (and not looking at pushing for more) and nicely washed afterwards (which has not been the case previously). In the past, I was always given the excuse that the system was down, or the employees didn't have time to wash it, or something else. It happened at least 4 times in my previous services. Not this time. This time also the person at the front desk was very pleasant (also not the case in the past). Clearly BMW Bloomfield has been making some changes and investing in customer satisfaction. It is paying off :)! More

I have been to many dealers before specifically Planet Honda wear I had the worst experience by far. BMW of Bloomfield blew them out the water the staff was excellent to work with.
