Bad experience My name is Reshma Bhoopersaud, my service adviser was Kevin. One of the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. My car was in for service f My name is Reshma Bhoopersaud, my service adviser was Kevin. One of the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. My car was in for service for 6 weeks due to a recalled, I called Kevin every week to check on my vehicle with no responds or call back, I finally got the call my car is ready on 01/23/2020... and they did not have the decency to wash my car. Poor service. I have never heard of a dealer servicing your car and don't wash it before the client pick it up. ( especially when the service took them 6 weeks) The level of service is not acceptable. More

Courteous and efficient I had to bring my car for a light showing up in the dashboard.
