HORRIBLE This is the worst experience i have ever had. I found a 2010 328i xdrive 6 speed listed online 2 days prior to my visit. The day i found the listing This is the worst experience i have ever had. I found a 2010 328i xdrive 6 speed listed online 2 days prior to my visit. The day i found the listing i called the dealership and Jerry told me that he would have the car ready for me. I drove over an hour to get there with full intentions on paying the listed price. He had me wait just under 2 hours to see the car. Then he got the keys and had me sit in the driver seat. I checked the car over and everything seemed okay. I had found out that the general manager of the company had wanted to buy that car while i was there. I asked to test drive the car and suddenly something was wrong. He told me the transmission was bad. I didn't believe him. I told him i still want to buy it. After that, Jerry told me to hold on a minute because he needs to go move another car. He left me outside in below freezing temperatures for 45 more minutes until i finally had enough, I went inside and asked for a different salesman. One told me that the car was sold. Another told me that the car was still available. This whole time they were trying to sell me different cars. I was specifically there to purchase this vehicle, and informed Jerry within the beginning of our interactions. By the end of the experience, I was feeling completely dissatisfied with my experience and the lack of communication and understanding of myself being a valid customer. After approximately three hours of being not being taken seriously, I decided to leave. I had made my intentions very clear before arriving at BMW of Bloomfield, and ended up with my time and resources being wasted by the end of my experience. More
