I brought my BMW X5 to Bloomfield for service and unfortunately there was a little miscommunication on what the issue was exactly. The true gauge of customer service is how an organization takes ownership and is proactive in offering resolutions when problems arise, because nobody is perfect. It is especially hard to find service departments that focus on the long term relationship with their clients as opposed to trying to bring in revenue in the short term. Because of Richard’s actions and transparency, I will make sure that BMW of Bloomfield is the only dealership that I take my car. More
