I'VE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH MY X5 OVER THE WEEKEND, SO I CALLED CHRIS VENDER SERVICE DPT. TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. ONCE I GOT THERE WAS GREETED BY CHRIS, TOOK ME INSIDE AND GOT ME A RENTAL. CHRIS CALLED ME I CALLED CHRIS VENDER SERVICE DPT. TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. ONCE I GOT THERE WAS GREETED BY CHRIS, TOOK ME INSIDE AND GOT ME A RENTAL. CHRIS CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY TO PICK UP MY TRUCK. I sent an email to the Service Department to make an appointment to fix my fuel gauge which was broken. Craig Hacker, their Fixed Operations Director was responsive and helpful in replying to my email. appointment to fix my fuel gauge which was broken. I fixed an appointment to go down and was promptly greeted and received by the front desk whom directed me to Craig and assigned to a SA Chris. The whole process was swift and painless, and I got a loaner car even though I did not purchase my car from the dealership. A few hours later, I received a call from Chris giving me an update that my car should be ready for collection the next day and he would call me again to confirm when it's done. Chris called me again the next day and I went back to collect my car in the evening. Got my car back cleaned both internally and externally and to top it off got a full tank of gas. Definitely the best service center I've been to and great customer service as well! Big Thumbs up to the service staff! More
I am always treated well whenever I take my car in for service. I have had small problems with my car ranging from a light bulb outtage, to a flat tire, to a scheduled maintenance. I have also recommended others who have shared my same experience. Even if there was ever a hiccup along the way, the team there did everything in their power to correct any oversights (which had nothing to do with the actual servicing of my BMW). I would gladly recommend this service center to anyone who has a BMW. They are knowledgeable and treat customers in a very friendly and caring manner. It is also located in an easily accessible, convenient area. Very good team here. More

I have bought 4 BMW's from this dealer and their sales and service are tops. Prices are as good as anywhere or better than many, and the service department is efficient and courteous. I picked up my car from service one time and it got bird droppins on it after they washed it. It was too late to re-wash, so they offered to detail it completely at my convenience, which they did. I had an oil change. OK. 1 week later, enginc service light is on. Returned, was told that I had a broken clip, which had caused the sensor for the gas tank pressure to turn on light. A 5$ fix and a $1 light is on. Returned, was told that I had a broken clip, which had caused the sensor for the gas tank pressure to turn on light. A 5$ fix and a $125 diagnosis. Timing is suspicious. At the same time I had some suspension issues to be checked out. I was given a diagnosis and recommendation for repairs that was remarkably extensive suggesting suspension related repairs of $3200 + 200 for another belt that was "cracked" but not broken. I took the same car a few days later to another BMW dealership ane had necessary(?) repairs done for $900. The following day the car passed NYS inspection with flying colors. More
I dropped my car for service. What an awesome experience. Although I did not buy my car from them, they treated me very professionally. But this is common for any dealership. More
