I think Ms. DeLorenzo was fantastic. She knew her stuff and made me feel very comfortable. I love the car and Ms. Delorenzo was very patient explaining all the different gadgets. I called the dealership with information about the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. They quoted me a fairly reasonable price and then proceeded to indicate that I'll have an additional $698 charge for wanted, at the price I wanted. They quoted me a fairly reasonable price and then proceeded to indicate that I'll have an additional $698 charge for gas and floor mats. He said it usually part of the fees when you finalize the deal, but they include it in the price of the car. I knew there was no such thing and called his bluff- but he proceeded to indicate they all charge it. I called 6 other dealerships and none of them heard of such a charge. I never called back. Buyers BEWARE! Edit: After writing the review above, I was directly contacted by my salesman(I thought this was anonymous). He proceeded to explain that the charge is actually on the invoice. After viewing the invoice, there was a charge for $480, NOT $698 (in the dealer's column, not the MSRP). Confirming with two sales managers at two different dealerships - it seems like it sometimes is a invoice charge to the dealer and the dealer includes it in the price quoted to the customer. They were trying to justify the price quoted to me. More
Monday night my wife and I went to the dealership where we were greeted by Steve Papadam. Steve was extremely nice and showed us all of the beautiful cars and he and Kashmir quickly got us keys for the on we were greeted by Steve Papadam. The following day Steve checked the other DCH BMW dealerships for availability of some other Car/Color combinations that my wife had liked. Tuesday night I went back ( without my wife, as she had to work late ), Steve along with Greg's assistance gave me a great deal on the car I decided to pick for her. That night when I got home I told her I did not buy anything, because I wanted to surprise her. Wednesday night the goal was to get the car home before my wife got home and put the car in the garage. I got to the dealership late Wednesday night and started to get nervous that I was not going to get home in time. I filled out the paperwork with William Aquino who was a true professional and had everything prepped and ready for me. After completing the paperwork Gordon Emrich and Kashmir were nice enough to follow me home with the new car and another car ( so I didn't have to go back to the dealership ) and delivered the car safely in my garage. When my wife got home and opened the garage door, she got out of her car and started jumping up and down like a kid after opening a gift at Christmas time.....it was great to see. Today she went back as Gordon was helping her get the bluetooth setup and to explain how everything on the car works.....she called me while there (on the bluetooth) and was giddy. We had a great experience at BMW of Bloomfield !!! More

I'VE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH MY X5 OVER THE WEEKEND, SO I CALLED CHRIS VENDER SERVICE DPT. TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. ONCE I GOT THERE WAS GREETED BY CHRIS, TOOK ME INSIDE AND GOT ME A RENTAL. CHRIS CALLED ME I CALLED CHRIS VENDER SERVICE DPT. TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. ONCE I GOT THERE WAS GREETED BY CHRIS, TOOK ME INSIDE AND GOT ME A RENTAL. CHRIS CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY TO PICK UP MY TRUCK. CHRIS IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I ALWAYS GET TREATED IN A VERY HONEST, FRIENDLY AND CARING MANNER. THANKS BMW OF BLOOMFIELD WITH A 5 STAR SERVICE STAFF. More
I sent an email to the Service Department to make an appointment to fix my fuel gauge which was broken. I fixed an appointment to go down and was promptly greeted and received by the front desk whom directed me to Craig and assigned to a SA Chris. The whole process was swift and painless, and I got a loaner car even though I did not purchase my car from the dealership. A few hours later, I received a call from Chris giving me an update that my car should be ready for collection the next day and he would call me again to confirm when it's done. Chris called me again the next day and I went back to collect my car in the evening. Got my car back cleaned both internally and externally and to top it off got a full tank of gas. Definitely the best service center I've been to and great customer service as well! Big Thumbs up to the service staff! More
I am always treated well whenever I take my car in for service. I have had small problems with my car ranging from a light bulb outtage, to a flat tire, to a scheduled maintenance. I have also recommended others who have shared my same experience. Even if there was ever a hiccup along the way, the team there did everything in their power to correct any oversights (which had nothing to do with the actual servicing of my BMW). I would gladly recommend this service center to anyone who has a BMW. They are knowledgeable and treat customers in a very friendly and caring manner. It is also located in an easily accessible, convenient area. Very good team here. More
