I have dealt with this dealership for many years and once again BMW of Bloomfield and its employees were a pleasure to deal with. This time around my lease was up on my 2008 BMW X3 and I returned to lease a again BMW of Bloomfield and its employees were a pleasure to deal with. I was looking to lease a new 2011 bmw 328xi and so my gf and I decided to take last Saturday and drive around to various dealerships in the NYC metro area. We stopped into BMW of Bloomfield without an appointment and got matched up with Alaa. Talk about winning the lottery. He was patient, very helpful, and all with a nice sense of humor. Even though my gf and I were well prepared to talk "numbers" (we brought along print outs from edmunds and kelly blue book), we were expecting an adversarial type of negotiation process, however, with Alaa the process was very friendly, respectful, and painless. We got around to a price, and Alaa had to check with one of the sales managers, Wayne who came over and he was just as friendly to deal with. We settled on the price, and the rest is history. Even though I didn't plan on committing to anything that day (we planned on just "shopping" around), i'm glad that I did, but it probably wouldn't have happened if it had not been for us getting "matched" up with Alaa when we walked in through the door. The only negative is that my gf is still talking about how charming Alaa was!!! Like i'm not charming??? :) More

I have found the dealership and the Salesman Bob Scherzer to be exceptional. The total buying experience was a pleasure. The Service Department (especially Keith and Craig) is outstanding. Purchased my X5 at Bloomfield BMW in 2009. Now I'm bringing my M3 for service there. BMWs have been in the family for 20+ years. Just so you get an idea--I drive all the way from Englewood to bring my cars there. Ask for Keith Marciniak. He's on the ball and knows his stuff. I won't deal with any other service advisor.
