My experience with Pamela DeLorenzo and Bloomfield BMW was very positive. She was very curtious and attentive to my needs. I was given alot of time to make my decision with very little pressure. My experience at the Bloomfield service dept has been mixed. I am now finding several recurring issues. A leak that leaves standing water on my floorboards is the most annoying with the same solution pro mixed. I am now finding several recurring issues. A leak that leaves standing water on my floorboards is the most annoying with the same solution proposed by BMW service (clean out the sunroof drain @ $125/hr again). No thanks. It seems to me that the dealer is trying to turn the car around as quickly as possible, which makes sense at a place like BMW (mostly new cars, still under warranty - the customer doesn't feel the level of technical service they are or are not getting because they're not paying for it). I just think they've dropped the ball for those of us who want more out of a $40K+ vehicle than 50,000 miles. This is the 3rd repeat repair I have had with BMW. That's not my service person's fault - it seems like a business model / upper management issue to me - they forget the people who are not turning their car over every 4 years and are actually paying for their misdiagnoses and failed repairs. The gripe I have with BMW Bloomfield was that I found no support or flexibility when I spoke to the service manager on the repeat repair and I was told that they are following their protocol (which has still not lead to successful diagnosis of the leak after how many years of trying). It's time to step outside the box if you have to and deliver actual repairs, not just coffee and a smile. I am really disappointed with BMW and I won't be buying another one. More

And Chris has always come through for me.The truck was ready and washed before the promised time that Chris gave me. I would recommend Chris to everyone.The only negative things I can say about the visit is about the dealership itself.The building is old and ugly. More
I went there to bring my 335i for service, actually this is my first time going to the Bloomfield dealership. Was looking for an '06 X5, contacted a few dealers, drove around to some of them and looked at a few of them. Finally, settled with Bloomfield BMW because of the price. They had the lowest of all dealerships around to some of them and looked at a few of them. Finally, settled with Bloomfield BMW because of the price. They had the lowest of all dealerships I've been to. Another dealership I went to the previous day could have gotten my business but the manager was being a smartass and tried to make me look cheap when I asked for a few hundred dollars more on my trade in (although the salesperson was the best I'd ever met). You won't have that kind of experience when dealing with Pam or Kashmir here, they gave me a decent value for my trade in and the price of the certified X5, well do your homework before you come. Overall, I'm pretty glad to purchase my vehicle here. Everyone I've come across in the dealership - Pam, Kashmir, Wayne were nice and polite. the finance manager William was very professional even though I declined the add on packages he offered when signing all the documents. I'd a few minor issues that were somehow missed during certification, but they were all taken care of within 1/2hr by the service director Craig Hacker. If I were to buy another BMW, I would definitely drop by here or suggest to anyone looking at a CPO BMW. More
